Get in Touch

Discover a support team that treats every subscription question as a priority. Whether you are setting up your first Subscription, comparing the €2 for 24 hours Trial against the Standard plan at €48/year, or troubleshooting playback on a specific app, Nevcast is reachable through several direct channels.

Experience the difference that responsive assistance makes. We sell the Service as the seller of record, so the people who answer your message are the people responsible for your Subscription — not an outsourced desk reading from a script. Access to 18,000+ live channels, a 42,000+ VOD library and 2,499+ TV series depends on stream access sourced from independent Third-Party Providers, and when something interrupts that access, you should be able to reach us quickly.

Get in touch using whichever channel suits you best. Email remains the most reliable route for account, billing and technical matters because it gives us a written record we can act on; Telegram and WhatsApp are available for faster conversational help when you need a quick answer. Benefit from a team that reads your message properly the first time.

Email Support

Enjoy the most complete support route we offer. Send your enquiry to contact@nevcast.com and include as much detail as you can about your Subscription, your device and the issue you are seeing.

We aim to respond to every email within 24 hours. In practice, most messages that arrive with a clear description and the right account details are answered sooner, while complex cases — payment verification, device configuration on Enigma2 or MAG boxes, or playback problems inside a specific player — may take a little longer to resolve properly.

Access the fastest possible resolution by writing a subject line that says what you need. Something like "Playback buffering on Firestick" or "Subscription renewal question" tells us immediately where to route your message. If your enquiry concerns a payment, include the date of the transaction and the method used — Cryptocurrency, Credit Card or PayPal — so we can locate it without a round trip.

Discover how much smoother support feels when the first reply actually addresses your problem. Email is also the correct channel for every formal matter: complaints, payment disputes, account changes and any notice you need to send us in writing.

Telegram

Get answers in minutes rather than hours through our Telegram channel. Reach us at @nevcast_support for quick questions about setup, app configuration or the status of an existing Subscription.

Benefit from a channel built for short, practical exchanges. Telegram suits questions such as which player to install on your device, how to enter your subscription details into TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro, or whether a particular app is compatible with your hardware. If your issue turns out to be more involved, we will ask you to continue by email so that the full history stays in one place.

Watch for one important limitation. Never send full payment credentials, card numbers or wallet private keys through Telegram or any messaging channel — we will never ask for them there. Keep sensitive billing detail for email only.

WhatsApp

Access conversational support on the messaging app already on your phone. WhatsApp support is available for customers who prefer a chat-style exchange, and it works well for confirming whether your device is supported or checking that your Subscription is active.

Enjoy the convenience of reaching us from the same app you use every day. WhatsApp is particularly useful when you are in front of your television and want to describe what you are seeing on screen — a buffering spinner, an error message, or an app that will not load your playlist. A short description plus your device model is often enough for us to identify the cause.

Experience the same expectation as every other channel: we aim to reply within 24 hours. Response times on WhatsApp can vary with volume, so if your matter is urgent or relates to billing, email contact@nevcast.com so it enters our tracked queue.

Before You Contact Us

Get a faster, more accurate answer by gathering four things before you write. A complete first message usually removes the need for any back-and-forth and lets us act on your issue immediately.

  1. Your account email. Use the address tied to your Subscription so we can locate your account without asking you to confirm it later.
  2. Your device type. Tell us whether you are watching on a Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick or Roku — each platform has its own quirks and setup steps.
  3. The IPTV app in use. Name the player, for example TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro or DUPLEX IPTV.
  4. A clear description of the issue. Explain what you expected, what actually happened, and when it started. Note whether the problem affects all channels or only some, and whether it appears in one app or across several.

Discover how much detail helps. If the issue is playback-related, mention the stream quality you were watching — 4K Ultra HD, Full HD 1080p, HD 720p or SD — and whether you are on Wi-Fi or a wired connection. If the issue is billing-related, include the payment method and the date of the transaction.

Benefit from one more habit: describe the problem in your own words rather than pasting an error code alone. A sentence explaining what you were doing when it happened is often more useful to us than the code itself, and it helps us tell a device problem apart from a stream-access problem on the Third-Party Provider side.

Complaints and Disputes

Experience a complaints process that starts with a real conversation. If you are unhappy with the Service, with a charge, or with the outcome of a support request, please contact us at contact@nevcast.com before taking any other step.

We ask that all complaints and payment disputes come to contact@nevcast.com first, before any chargeback is filed with your bank, card issuer or payment provider. This is not a formality — it is the fastest route to a resolution. A chargeback freezes the conversation and typically takes far longer to conclude than a direct exchange with us, and in many cases the underlying issue is something we can correct the same day.

Get your complaint logged properly by including the following in your message:

Access a clear position on refunds before you write. The default position is that payments are non-refundable, and this is justified by the paid Trial: for €2 you can evaluate the Service for 24 hours — including 18,000+ live channels, a 42,000+ VOD library and 2,499+ TV series across 4K Ultra HD, Full HD 1080p, HD 720p and SD — before committing to the Standard plan at €48/year. Refunds are reserved to our sole discretion and are considered case by case; we do not offer a refund guarantee, a money-back guarantee or a fixed refund window.

Watch for the one thing we cannot do for you. We cannot tell you whether the Service is legal where you live. Legality depends on your own national rules and on how you use the Service, so that determination is yours to make through your own research before you purchase. What we can do is explain exactly how the Service works: Nevcast sells the Subscription, and stream access is sourced from independent Third-Party Providers whom we do not host, own or control.

Discover how we handle intellectual property concerns. If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, send a written notice to contact@nevcast.com containing your contact details, identification of the material concerned, the basis of your claim, and a statement of good faith. We review every such notice and act on valid ones, including removing or disabling access to the material identified where appropriate.

Benefit from a support relationship built on direct contact. Whatever the issue — a Subscription question, a device setup problem, a billing concern or a formal complaint — contact@nevcast.com is the address that reaches the team responsible for your account, and we would rather hear from you first than learn about a problem from your bank.
