Nature of Our Service

Discover what Nevcast actually does: we sell Subscriptions that grant you access to live TV, sports coverage, entertainment channels and on-demand libraries operated by independent Third-Party Providers. We are the seller of record for the Service on https://nevcast.com — nothing more, and nothing less. We do not host, store, transcode, cache or broadcast media content on our own infrastructure. We cannot add, remove or modify individual channels within third-party streams, and we do not control what those independent operators choose to make available.

Get clarity on the technical reality. The Service delivers access to 18,000+ live channels, a 42,000+ VOD library and 2,499+ TV series in 4K Ultra HD, Full HD 1080p, HD 720p and SD, streamed from infrastructure owned and operated by Third-Party Providers. Our role is to provision your Subscription, maintain a 99.9% uptime target on our access layer, and support you across Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick and Roku using apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro and DUPLEX IPTV. We have no designated copyright agent on file and we assert no statutory classification of any kind. What follows describes our procedure — how notices reach us, what they must contain, and how we act on them — not a legal status we claim to hold.

Our Commitment

Enjoy the confidence of dealing with a seller of record that takes intellectual property seriously. It is our policy and established practice to respect copyright and related rights, and to respond to valid infringement notices concerning sources accessible through the Service. We apply this policy consistently to every Subscription and every Trial, regardless of plan size or duration.

Access the full picture of how we operate. When a notice meets the formal requirements described below, our team reviews it, assesses whether the identified source can be actioned at our level, and disables access where warranted. Because Third-Party Providers operate the underlying streams, some notices are forwarded upstream rather than actioned directly by us — but every valid notice receives a documented response.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Experience a straightforward notice process. If you believe that material accessible through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to enforce, send a written notice to contact@nevcast.com. To be actionable, your notice should be submitted in English and include all of the following elements:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — for example, the title, registration or a description sufficient for us to identify the work.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material — the specific channel or source, a timestamp, and the URL or in-app location where applicable, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information — full name, postal address, telephone number and a valid email address at which you can be reached.
  4. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature — a typed full name is acceptable for electronic submission.

These elements mirror the notice format set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Referencing that format describes what a complete notice looks like; it does not assert any status, registration or classification on our part. Incomplete notices may be returned to you for completion before we begin our review.

Note to Complainants

Benefit from knowing exactly where to direct your takedown request. Because Nevcast does not host, store or broadcast content, we are frequently not the party that can remove a specific stream at its source. The appropriate parties for takedown are the upstream stream operators and the CDN providers that deliver the media.

Access a realistic expectation of what we can do. Where we receive a valid notice, we forward it to the relevant Third-Party Provider or CDN where possible, and we disable access to the identified source at our level where warranted. We keep a record of forwarded notices and any action taken, so complainants can be told what step was applied and when.

Our Response Procedure

Get a defined timeline, not an open-ended promise. We review copyright notices within 72 hours of receipt at contact@nevcast.com. During review we check that the notice is complete, that the identified material can be located within the Service, and that the claim is sufficiently specific to act on.

Discover what happens next. Where a notice is valid and the identified source is one we can act upon, we disable access to that source. Where the source sits with a Third-Party Provider, we forward the notice upstream and record the referral. We may contact you for clarification if the identification of the material is ambiguous, and we may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, abusive, or that target content we do not control.

Counter-Notification

Experience a fair process on both sides. If you are a customer and you believe that access to a source was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@nevcast.com. Your counter-notice should include:

We review counter-notices within 72 hours of receipt and may restore access where the counter-notice is complete and the circumstances support restoration. Submitting a counter-notice does not guarantee restoration, and we may refer the matter to the complainant before taking any further step.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Watch with confidence that our platform is not a home for repeated abuse. It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the Subscriptions of customers whose accounts are associated with repeated verified infringement of copyright.

Access the detail of how this works in practice. Where we receive multiple valid notices identifying a specific account as the source of repeated infringement, we may issue a warning, suspend access, or terminate the Subscription without refund. Termination decisions under this policy are made at our sole discretion, based on the volume and validity of verified notices and any counter-notice received. If your Subscription is terminated under this policy, you may contact contact@nevcast.com to request a review of the decision.
