Legal FAQ

Is IPTV legal?

Enjoy access to the Service only where the law allows it. Whether IPTV is legal depends entirely on the country you are in — some jurisdictions place no restrictions on personal streaming use, while others regulate it heavily or require specific licensing for certain types of content. We cannot advise you on the regulations of every country, and we do not determine legality for you. Before you purchase a Subscription, it is your responsibility to research and confirm the rules that apply where you live and where you stream.

Discover what your local framework requires before you subscribe. Access to 18,000+ live channels and a 42,000+ VOD library is delivered through the Service, but the legality of using that access is a question for your jurisdiction alone. If you are unsure, consult a qualified local advisor before completing checkout.

Do you host the content?

Experience the Service as an access layer, not a broadcaster. Nevcast does not host, own, store, or control the streams made available through the Service. All stream access is sourced from independent Third-Party Providers who operate their own infrastructure and content delivery systems.

Get clarity on what that means for you. We sell the Subscription that grants you access to the Service; we do not produce, encode, or archive the underlying streams. Because the streams originate from Third-Party Providers, we have no editorial control over what those providers make available at any given moment. Our role is limited to selling and supporting the Subscription you purchase on https://nevcast.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Enjoy a paid Trial at €2 for 24 hours, offered specifically so you can evaluate the Service — channel quality, device compatibility, and content library — before committing to a full Subscription. Because that evaluation opportunity is provided upfront, full Subscriptions are not refundable by default. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, and issuing one in any single case creates no entitlement in any other. Full details are set out at https://nevcast.com/refund.

What if I open a chargeback instead of contacting you?

Get in touch with us first — email contact@nevcast.com and we will work the issue directly. We resolve the large majority of access, compatibility, and setup problems without any need for a payment dispute, usually within a short support window.

Experience the difference that direct support makes. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first result in immediate suspension of the account, and may block you from making future purchases on https://nevcast.com. A short message to support costs you nothing and keeps your access intact.

What happens to my personal data?

Access the Service knowing your data is handled narrowly. We collect only what is needed to run your account — your email address and payment information processed through our payment processor. We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Benefit from a clear deletion path. If you want your personal data removed, request deletion at contact@nevcast.com and we will action it in line with applicable data protection rules, including the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the CCPA where those frameworks apply to you.

Am I responsible if using this in my country isn't allowed?

Yes. You confirm, before purchasing, that using the Service is permitted under the laws that apply to you. We cannot verify the local law of every customer, so the responsibility to check sits with you — this is stated in our Terms of Service and forms part of the basis on which we sell the Subscription.

Watch responsibly and verify first. If your jurisdiction restricts personal streaming, or regulates the type of content you intend to access, that determination is yours to make before you complete checkout on https://nevcast.com. We do not provide legal advice and cannot confirm legality for any named country.

How do I get help if something's not working?

Get help fast by emailing contact@nevcast.com with your account details and a short description of the issue. Our team troubleshoots access problems directly — fix-first, not an automatic refund. Whether the issue is app configuration in TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, or Flix IPTV, or a device-specific problem on Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick, or Roku, we work the problem with you.

Discover additional support channels via Telegram at @nevcast_support, or reach us on WhatsApp where available. Most access issues are resolved through direct troubleshooting rather than cancellation, so contact support before considering any other step.

Can I share or resell my subscription?

No. Your Subscription is for personal, non-commercial use within a single household only. Sharing your credentials, streaming simultaneously across separate households, or reselling access to the Service in any form is prohibited under our Terms of Service.

Access the Service on your own devices and enjoy it fully. Where we identify sharing or resale, the account is terminated without refund. This applies regardless of whether the sharing is paid or offered at no cost to the other party — the restriction protects the stability of the Service for every legitimate subscriber.
