Every stream you watch through TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player or Smart IPTV originates from a Third-Party Provider that operates independently of us. All live TV, sports coverage, entertainment channels, films and series available through the Service are delivered by Third-Party Providers, and we are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality or licensing status of any third-party stream. We do not select, curate, upload or maintain the media itself — we provide the technical gateway through which your compatible player app, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV Player, Flix IPTV or IPTV Extreme Pro, connects to those sources. If a Third-Party Provider alters, restricts or withdraws a stream, that decision sits entirely outside our control and outside our responsibility.
